Kim Ji-won (Hangul: 김지원 ) Also known as the "Language/Music Room Teacher") was a former music teacher that previously worked at Yeondu Highschool.

One day, in 1998, a lab fire broke out in the Home Economics room, resulting in the death of Seong-ah. The Master of the Labyrinth, who was currently possessing Na-yeong to resist the power of the amulets, forced Na-yeong to hang herself after attempting to resist her (so that it would look like Na-yeong had committed suicide), only to take Seong-ah's death and incomplete ritual as an opportunity to possess her. Shortly after, Ji-won commits suicide due to grief, resulting in him turning to a ghost.
Through exploring the school, you will find Documents written by him. He also appears to the player as a blue/white Ghost in the language room and gives clues to the player, he is also assumed to be the Music Room Ghost.
In the Remake Ji-won appears to the player and introduces himself as a "Teacher on night duty", He also assists the player.
Music Room GhostEdit
- "There are different kinds of ghosts that live in the music room. But the most common one is the ghost that plays the piano. Every stormy night it sits there in the empty school playing the piano in the dark. Sometimes the music player in the equipment room randomly turns on and off. Some people think this is the old music teachers doing."

The Music Room Ghost is the ghost of an old (dead) music teacher (Supposedly Ji-Won). It helps you solve the phone puzzle, which in turn gives you the passcode for the equipment room. It is portrayed as a bloodstain on the piano keys, and you can see fingerprints in the blood on the keys that are being played.

- Upon entering the music room, you will hear the ghost playing a chord progression on the piano, which you then have to match to the dial tone on the numbers of the phone on the wall behind the piano. The chords that match the correct tones are the four digits (in the same order as the chord progression) needed for the padlock that locks the door at the back of the music room.
- If you see the top of the piano, there is a bloodstain on the roof implying the blood is from the room upstairs.
- Ji-won is a major character in the remake, instead of being a ghost silhouette or halo; Ji-won has a bigger role in which he appears in a physical human-form to Hui-min and assists him.
