Hi. I’ve given you admin and bureaucrat rights on this wikia as you requested. You now have the tools you need to clean up, customize and maintain the wikia.
Check out Wiki Features to see which features you can enable (or disable) on your wikia, including chat, forum, and many more. If you have adopted an older wikia with talk pages you can also enable message walls and article comments here.
Customize your wikia's look by visiting the Theme Designer, where you can add color and style to your background and wordmark for your desktop visitors.
Check out your Admin Dashboard, which can by found by clicking "Admin" on the bottom toolbar -- it has links to all your new tools. Please let me know if you have any questions, and good luck with your new (old) wikia!
So I guess this is how I message you... It's hgdagon from the forums.
I would really wanna know how many people are active here. Which kind of help you guys may or may not need, I'm ready to help? I would also like to know if anyone here speaks Korean, 'cause with the work I'm doing it's a vital skill I'm missing. Also anyone with programming knowledge? Particularly C, to be able to edit the in-game scripts.
Concerning the wikia itself, I remember seeing some wrong info (I don't remember specific pages, though) and a lot of missing pages. Now, we have all the info, so it's really puzzling for me why those pages still don't exist.
It would also be so nice if we could all get together (in a google chat or whatever) and talk about Whiteday and what we can actually do as a community. 'Cause I kinda felt like the only person who still cares about the game, since John left. But now that I saw a page dedicated to the remake, and Mrox2 appearing on the forums kinda sparked a hope in me that there still are people who care.
Hi, Welcome aboard, I will keep it short so you can get the most out of the things:
Things that will be added when we receive ownership:
Chat (Wikia Built-in feature) / Can be enabled.
Blogs (Wikia Built-in feature) / Can be enabled.
New Forums (Wikia Built-in feature) / Can be enabled.
Others: Templates, Navigation Bar Items, Etc..
We are updating (and need to update):
School Ghost Stories (I've split each into their own page, with Korean transcripts, for both Remake and Original Games)
Ghosts Some are missing (from the remake/deleted/others)
There are some short or rather Stubs articles that need updating/improving.
Overall interface will need to be updated (im still not happy enough with the main page, I will change it) The games section is temporary, games should be listed horizontally.
I have some novice programming experience (I spent half year in IT College at our University of Bahrain >.<) I may find people interested though. As for the remake and overall interface style, I tried to do my best, initially the remake page was along the mobile though User:Myfffff1989 provided most bases of development history, videos, etc.. I hope it looks good enough. We have posted the updates on the Talk Page as well.
I have also just added sections to the Mods page, feel free to add anything you desire here.
OK. Could you, please, notify me when you get the chat going (prefererably on Facebook, so I can get immediete notification)? 'Cause I realy want to have a live talk with you guys (all active users) about certain things. I have a bunch of Korean documents, which I feel would give us a good kickstart.
Its + 3 Here for me, everyone post the time that works good for you and we'll see, we can also use blogs and the built in forums too, I will look into it today.
btw we have a new URL Now, its whiteday.wikia.com, the site name is White Day (Vide Game Series) I forgot to add "Wikia" to the name >.<
Thanks, this sure will come in handy and will help us move files from original source material to their own pages. I want to do something like Resident Evil Wiki, in there they rely on source Japanese material, if something is mistranslated (Even if official) they will replace it with accurate translation from source Japanese material, and since White Day ALNS is a Korean game and we only have a fan translation so far, we must include original Korean files.
We need to make a category for Documents/Files/Data that we find/read in the game, what do you think should we name the category? In-game files? Documents?
Oh wow guys we need to collect all of these development blogs, articles, slides and shows and write up a summary while referencing those, and possibly archive them here if we can like NDC 2012.
The summary could be added to White Day (Original) Development section and per each version development section / features / differences.
Dont worry if the development section gets big, I will implement a header template like RE Wiki soon, Like this Resident Evil 1 And I am sure Forerunner (Sysop of RE Wiki) won't have a problem, I will credit them as well.
Btw, ZombieKilla007, let me know if you are fine with me being a Sysop, I need your support as well as this is among the guidelines, I will need you all to be admins/moderators here so this place stays alive.
Im totally fine with it. I have been looking through all the forums and have been trying to keep this wiki/game alive. Hopefully the creation of the remake will boost popularity.
Also I think I found the bridge ghost, if you go to the door next to the na yeong event, which leads to the bridge if you wait for a certain amount of time you can hear subtle footsteps. I found some footage of it awhile back but have struggled to recover it.
Yeah im sure it will, besides i'm looking for new games and White Day is the most unique I had played (I still have several other games to play but University and projects aren't helping at all! lol) And think if the game came out on PC / Steam, damn that will make a lot of profit for ROI Games and it will definitely sell well and become really popular among horror games fans.
Aside from enabling chat and stuff like that, I think we should submit a request for changing the URL, Like ITS VERY LONG. We could use White-day.wikia.com or something like that.
Also, I want to celeberate the reestablishment of the place, you think the several development topics would do? I might actually draw some fan arts just for the sake of it.
Definitley, I just wish we could add deeper mods to the original game, I have indeed been able to find the train map from a Ghost School Tragedy and a map called oilbank.bsp I opened them both with a bsp editor and found that they were both possibly multiplayer maps. By the way good luck on those projects!
I think those development topics would defintley be a great idea. I have had an Idea of recreating the old map from Blood Festival in minecraft just to see what it would be like by recreating screenshots what do you think?
Ohh now you say Multiplayer, I have been asking Myfff about the versions and he sent me a list of VARIOUS versions of the original game, I am VERY Certain that the Multiplayer mode exists in early releases (In fact I have been interested in it since 2013), we need anything before the final patch (official sonnori patch).
I could care less if the servers are down (if its online) we could simply hack it up and do something, I actually had a friend from the UK who is able to do those sort of deep game hacks.

That reminds me of making my RE Mansion replica in Minecraft and my University Food Court in the game, sure that sounds like a fine idea to me. Minecraft requires creativity after all.
Well hgdagon made a lightsaber in the game by messing about with the .nop files which was quite ingenious. He has an album of about 500 pictures including early dev pictures. He is also working on a HD restoration as shown on his page. http://vk.com/whitedaylab
WangReal Engine is very modification friendly indeed, (make me wonder who made the tools, anyway) We have a stub mods page which we might be able to expand, I am fine with it as long as it's posted in the same page (since we don't want multiple pages with fan-content, you know it will be confusing).
Then again, Unity Engine is nice and all but I have no idea why ... it sort of doesnt make sense to me, because the Korean Wikipedia says an upcoming game "Project Fox" is going to use an upgraded version of WangReal Engine which is just odd, considering the remake is running on Unity. But maybe it has to do with who owns the engine ? (Ownership rights/Copyrights)
I've been quite confused with who owns the engine its seems a mystery so far. Btw have you seen that schoolmaze (blackness) turns out it was a white day inspired half life 1 mod which unfortunatley turned out to be a hoax.
i already bought the white day pc version some years ago in korea and yesterday its korean android version from google play !
this wikia will help alot . thx
i also started a wikia a short while ago and it still look like a mess,,, maybe if someone is interested to add some easy to handle structure i would be rly thankful
Its abt korean Yokwe (English/German/Korean)
until now i was just busy making its pages without translating , completing the content
@Zombikilla007, Thats a nice looking map. Did you know that Triangle offers free servers that are renewable and can stay up for 24 hours? they also support FTP so you can backup your data any time, I already had used it in the vacation during June (6) to September (9) 2015 (this year), It was really nice playing and working with my friends. Oh and.. your map, PS4 Ver I see.. well I was playing on PC but hey.. be sure no Ghosts would show up... you never know.
Even if we get ownership here they are definitely welcomed back, after all John and YoungestChild (Creator of the wiki) did a lot of the back work and thanks to John we have White Day in English. John sure does know a lot about the game and I would love to see more of his stuff, wasn't his blog taken down? I only found a cached version. Unless you meant another website?
Yeah his blog contained the skins which are still cached. He stated that he wasnt able to get into some of the cryptic files which possibly contain multiplayer content. At the moment he is inactive but will be coming back.
In the mean-time we have to update this place, I have already updated the main page but this is still temporary, I can actually do better but I am waiting on rights so I can do much more, with your help, all of you of course.
@Zombikilla007 I did not make a lightsaber! Geez... xD In fact, I have deep doubts that picture is photoshopped (Although I really hope it's not. I still hope to edit the fonts someday). Also no HD remake project guys, sorry) Just a retexture.
@Mrox2 1st screenshot: Can be enebled via registry in v1.16, not sure about v1.18 (different registry values?), though (UnnamedGS's v16 is based on v1.18). Anyway, you get that when you finish the game with certain game boxes collected (again, I'm not sure which feature is unlocked with which game box).
First image is surely the additonal costumes in the final game / last official patch.
Re-texturing sounds fine, I could lend a hand as well when I'd have free time, we could have additional content as well, but I'd wish to translate the game in Arabic.
@Mrox2 I remember finding some discussions on Sonnori forums about the multiplayer, but I didn't find any files (Test map is in the game files, though). But if you mean Oh!Jaemi, well, considering those forum pages, it is not the multiplayer mode for Whiteday, in fact, it has as much to do with Whiteday as Ricochet to Half-Life. And yes, Oh!Jaemi servers are dead, BUT I can confirm, that it's playable over LAN.

The Naver Cafe says, that a demo is out. Where did you get that info?
I'm not sure if this could help you, or I'm not even sure if you already knew... But Youngest Child, in the talk section had mentioned finding the korean wiki... When I was curious enough to find it, I did. Like one would assume, it's written entirely in Korean. However, I've found that translating the page(s) on the wiki with the almighty Google Translate helps you to read, even if it's not quite accurate.
I've no idea how to navigate the wiki, nor find things. But I have noticed that it has some info this wiki doesn't quite have. In fact, we might actually have a majority of more info than that wiki does. But, I thought I'd just let you know.
Here are the shortened URL's that lead to the translated pages:
Thanks a lot, I didn't check for a Korean wiki, didnt know about this, I will have a look at it.
I might have also Sysop of the RE Wiki to help with certain things (he added the verify template) and there is also My fff contributing (even though what he added was in a messed up layout, he added some valuable information) and.. It would be cool if you could register as well so I could tell who am I talking to but thats up to you. Regards.
Edit: there is some valuable information on the remake, the fact its running on Unity, wow.
